VALLEY ó Hunger can be a driving force that motivates and regulates daily schedules. Everyone knows the feeling of a rumbling stomach that indicates itís nearly time for the next meal. What happens though, when people have to ignore the signs their bodies give them when they are hungry, or when the food choices they make donít really fill them with the nourishment they need?
