VALLEY — On behalf of Colorado’s agricultural future, Gov. John Hickenlooper hand delivered a letter to U.S. Department of Agriculture Tom Vilsack on Friday seeking assistance in helping farmers obtain safe, veritable seed for the cultivation of industrial hemp.
