Wang got out of the vehicle while it was in motion and was walking alongside the vehicle attempting to assist the rear passengers, according to State Patrol, when a second westbound vehicle, a 2014 GMC SUV driven by Michael Wagliardo, 39, of Dallas, Texas, collided with Wang and pushed him into his vehicle.

Wang was pronounced dead at the scene. There were no other injuries in the crash.

Weather was a factor with fog and snow, and the roadway was icy.  The Colorado State Patrol will not be pursuing charges in this case.
