Nathaniel Maximiliano Alfaro Holman, 12 days old, passed away on January 15th, 2019 at St. Francis Medical Center in Colorado Springs, he was born January 3rd, 2019 in Colorado Springs.

He is survived by his parents Jaycee Wayde Holman and Analisa Angelica Alfaro; paternal grandparents Tina Coon and Weldon Holman; maternal grandparent Sandy Alfaro; paternal great-grandparents Lucella Tyler, Gloria and Welden Holman; maternal great-grandparents Joe and Sylvia Baroz; uncles Marc Alfaro and Timothy Pierce; aunts Desare Ford and Deliana Ford; numerous other great-aunts, great-uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Robert Alfaro and Paternal great grandfather Jerry Coon.

A Rosary will be at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church in La Jara Thursday, January 24th, 2019 at 7:00 PM.   Funeral services will be at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church in La Jara Friday, January 25th, 2019 at 11:00 AM. Internment will follow services at the New Conejos Los Cerritos Cemetery in Manassa.

In lieu of flowers the family would like any donations made to the St. Joseph Parish in Capulin or St. Francis Health in Colorado Springs.
