Mary Ann Patrick, Albuquerque, N.M., passed away July 14, 2017, the day before her 74th birthday. She was born July 15, 1943 in Alamosa, CO to Emma Chavez Marquis and Joe Marquis. She attended St. Pius X High School in Albuquerque, N.M. and was employed by various companies in Albuquerque, her most fulfilling job being with the Commission for the Blind where she was employed until her retirement. She was a wonderful and loving mother and grandmother and her family was the greatest joy in her life.

Mary Ann is survived by her mother, Emma Marquis, Albuquerque, N.M.; daughters Lori Bacoccini, Albuquerque, N.M., and Tammy (Kenny) Hubbard, Rio Rancho, N.M., and son Michael Opstedal, Albuquerque, N.M.; grandchildren Shawn and Kyle Bacoccini, Brandy (Clayton) Porter; Jason, Lauren and Jacob Sellers, and great grandchildren Jordan Bacoccini, Ethan and Landon Sellers, Logan, Eliza and Lillian Porter. She is also survived by her sisters Brigid (Jerry) Lapp and Lisa (Patrick) Archibald, both of Albuquerque, N.M., and brothers Rick (Marge) Marquis and Walter (Shelia) Marquis, also of Albuquerque, N.M.; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Cremation was chosen and memorial services were held at Riverside Funeral Home of Albuquerque, N.M., on Saturday, July 22, 2017.
