According to the Alamosa Police Department, the 2014 Toyota 4 Runner pictured below driven by Dyan Anderson, 45, Alamosa, was traveling westbound in the 2200 block of Vigil on Monday afternoon and left the right side of the roadway impacting a wood fence, above, causing extreme damage to her vehicle and to the fence.

Alcohol was suspected as a cause of the accident, and as a result of the investigation, Anderson was charged with DUI, DUI per se, and careless driving, according to the police department.
