About 40 youngsters participated in an afternoon of Easter fun at the Creede Recreation Center (former school gym) Friday including an energetic egg and balloon toss with a giant parachute. Sponsored by Creede Parks and Recreation, the day included egg crafts, experiments and egg hunts. Overseeing the activities was director Kristeen Lopez.
