ALAMOSA — After months of preparation, the Rakhra Mushroom Farm Corp. foreclosure sale was held Wednesday morning, resulting in a new owner of the Alamosa County property.
A&M Capital, LLC, an investment firm out of Greenwich, Conn., is the current owner of evidence of debt, and submitted a bid of $6,407,338 with a deficiency of $500,000, said Alamosa County Treasurer and Public Trustee Lois Widhalm in an email Wednesday afternoon. There were no other bidders to challenge A&M Capital, LLC.
The property will vest on Tues., Feb. 18 if there is no outside redemption, Widhalm added. For the complete article see the 02-06-2014 issue.
