ALAMOSA — Marijuana laced with an unknown drug is making Adams State University (ASU) students ill, prompting an investigation.
“The ASU Police Department is investigating cases of marijuana laced with an unknown drug," according to an ASU statement released Wednesday afternoon. "The drug can cause disorientation and can be transferred by touch. "
The university recommends seeking medical attention for any suspected exposure,according to the statement. Symptoms associated with the unknown drug include extreme anxiety, hallucinations and paranoia, or any symptom not consistent with typical marijuana use.For the complete article see the 10-10-2013 issue.
