Javiel Celestino Jose Maes, 37, Alamosa, was summoned for driving a vehicle when a license is under restraint (revoked).



February 25



Kim Martinez, 43, Alamosa, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign, $100, 4 points.



Paul Andrew Quintana, 38, Alamosa, was summoned for driving a motor vehicle when a license is under restraint (revoked).



February 26



Bryan Gallardo, 25, Alamosa, was summoned for failure to present evidence of insurance upon request and permitting an unlicensed person to drive a vehicle.



Naomi Martinez, 27, Alamosa, was cited for failure to yield the right-of-way upon entering a highway, $100, 4 points.



Wiyaka Pomerleau, 19, Alamosa, was summoned for underage consumption.



Darren Suazo, 22, Alamosa, was taken into custody in the 1500 block of Tremont Avenue for second-degree burglary, theft, criminal mischief and possession of burglary tools; his bail was set at $50,000.



Ryan Christopher Trujillo, 26, Alamosa, was summoned for driving after revocation habitual traffic offender, careless driving and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Angel Luis Nieto, 28, Alamosa, was taken into custody at 71 State Avenue and summoned for violation of a protection order (provisions).

Kelli Rai Ortega, 20, Alamosa, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device, $150, 4 points.



Ricardo Sanchez, 34, Alamosa, was summoned in the 1600 block of Main Street for child abuse.

Troy Walter Gallegos, 42, Alamosa, was summoned for driving a vehicle with a suspended license and displaying expired number plates.



Melissa Ann Lee, 32, Sanford, was summoned for driving a vehicle without a valid drivers license and driving a vehicle when a license is under restraint (denied), 3 points.



Jonetta Martinez, 44, Pueblo, was summoned for driving under the influence, DUI per se and failure to drive in a single lane.

April Cordova, 44, Monte Vista, was summoned at Walmart for theft under $100.



Solomon Peter Cowles, 21, Alamosa, was summoned for reckless driving, 8 points.
