February 10

• Stacy Peters, 43, Monte Vista, was summoned in the 2000 block of 1st Street for harassment.



February 14

• Kevin Michael Guodace, 24, Alamosa, was summoned at Walmart for theft under $100.



February 16

• A 15-year-old juvenile was taken into custody in the 800 block of Main Street for felony menacing. Police say they recovered a pair of bolt cutters from the scene.

• Jennifer Bassett, 28, Sanford, was summoned for careless driving causing bodily injury, driving under the influence and driving a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 or more.

• Pedro Domingo Francisco, 56, Alamosa, was taken into custody in the 1700 block of State Avenue and summoned for harassment, child abuse and domestic violence.

• Daniel Husmann, 19, Alamosa, was summoned at El Sol and Monterrey for underage consumption.



February 17

• Jordan M. Barney, 19, Colorado Springs, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign, $100, 4 points.

• Virginia Pearl Honeycutt, 70, Alamosa, was cited for “seat belt required (adult),” $80.

• Gabriel Manzanares, 20, Ft. Garland, was taken into custody in the 2000 block of Main Street and summoned for violating a restraining order and obstructing a peace officer.

• Jonathan Marquez, 21, Alamosa, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign, $100, 4 points.

• Ronald Joseph Miller, 50, Alamosa, was cited for speeding — 42 miles per hour in a 25-mile-per-hour zone, $150, 4 points.



February 18

• Lachelle Andrea Gallegos, 20, Alamosa, was summoned at Walmart for theft under $100.

• Aaron William McKenzie, 32, Alamosa, was taken into custody in the 900 block of Edison Avenue and summoned for third-degree assault, domestic violence and two counts of violating a restraining order.

• Evangeline Georgia Stratton, 21, Alamosa, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign, $100, 4 points.



February 19

• James John Gutierrez, 31, Alamosa, was summoned for driving when revoked as a habitual traffic offender and operating a motor vehicle with a defective headlamp, 1 point.

• Pedro Hernandez Mateo, 21, Alamosa, was summoned for driving a vehicle without a valid driver’s license and driving a motor vehicle with defective stop lamps.
