ALAMOSA, Colorado – Valley resident Rocky Ford, 63, passed away on December 29, 2012 in Alamosa, Colorado. He was born on February 27, 1949 in Great Bend Kansas to Ora and Opal Ford. He was a rancher for many years.
Rocky is survived by his partner Debbie Dawson, his daughter Betsy Nagle and his brothers Martin Ford and Bud Ford.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Ellen Ora Sparks.
Cremation was selected and a memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday January 12, 2013 at Bryant Funeral Home in Great Bend, Kansas.
Rogers Family Mortuary in Alamosa is in care of the local arrangements.
