Victoria Graham Naclerio passed away in Albuquerque, N.M., from natural causes on Jan. 20, 2025. She was 69 years old. She was born in San Diego, Calif., on March 8, 1955, to Ronald Graham and Teresa García, who divorced when she was 2 years old.

She was adopted by her grandmother, Margaret Sargent Garcia, after her mother died in a car accident in Antonito in 1961. She subsequently lived with her grandmother on the García Ranch on the Conejos River.

"Vickie" loved animals, especially her horse Tonka and her dog Prince. She graduated from Antonito High School, where she was much loved by all, then enrolled at CU-Boulder, where she earned a BA in Fine Arts.

Soon after, she moved to Albuquerque, where she served the disadvantaged as a social worker for many decades.

Her husband Carlo Naclerio from there preceded her in death by several years.

She is survived by her next of kin, her uncle/brother retired professor Reyes García of the García Ranch Headquarters, and by her first cousins/nieces Lana and Tania García of Denver and Albuquerque.

Her funeral Mass will take place at 11 a.m. on March 8, her birthday, at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Cathedral in Conejos. There will be a luncheon reception afterwards in the Parish Hall.
