ALAMOSA – Two competitors from the San Luis Valley Boxing Club will participate in the YVP Fight Night on Aug. 31 at the Life-Line Colorado Youth Empowerment Building at 1240 W. Bayaud Ave., in Denver.
The event is presented by House of Pain Boxing and it will begin at noon.
The fighters include Alejandro Heredia who will compete in the 135-pound division, and Adam Valdez who will be in the 11-13-year-old 78-83-pound division.
Heredia will box Anthony Muniz of House of Pain Boxing.
Valdez’s opponent will be Rico Martinez of Gloves Up Boxing Club from Pueblo.
