ALAMOSA – The Colorado High School activities Association released its All-State girls soccer teams on Thursday. The All-State teams are posted on the CHSAANow.com web site.
Only one player from the San Luis Valley was named All-State in Alamosa High School senior goalkeeper Emily Tibbitts. She was an honorable mention selection on the Class 3A team.
Tibbitts had a total of 77 saves on the season while allowing only eight goals. She had a record of nine wins, two losses and two ties. She also recorded six shutout wins.
Alamosa went 10-2-2 on the season and won the Intermountain League with a 5-0-1 record. The Lady Mean Moose also advanced to the Class 3A State Tournament.
