MANASSA — Taylor Anderson of Manassa is currently serving an 18-month mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, in the New Mexico Farmington Mission. She left for the Missionary Training Center in Provo on April 6, 2016. Taylor is expected to return in September of 2017.
Taylor is a graduate of Sanford High School. She is the second of the five children of Joel and Anjeanette Anderson of Manassa.
Upon her return she plans on attending BYU Idaho. Prior to her mission she graduated from beauty school. Taylor enjoys working with youth and children.
Taylor shared one special experience. One day while out searching for those who wished to be taught the gospel, a non-member lady who they had not met previously, gave them two bags of food and said she would help them in any way.
