DENVER — The 37-year-old Sangre de Cristo Land Grant Case known as “Lobato v. Taylor” is going back to court. Community members and access holders may show their support by attending the hearing in Denver at the Colorado Court of Appeals, 14th & Broadway Street on Wednesday, September 5 at 9:30 a.m. The Land Rights Council is seeking 10 individuals who will drive and take 4-5 people with them in their vehicles in an effort to help pack the courtroom. The LRC will provide the gas and a meal for those who attend. If interested, contact Junita Martinez at 719-588-0605. This offer is on a first come first serve basis.
