Trace Dimeff, 21 of Encinitas, California, was cited for driving 10-19 mph over the speed limit at the 300 block of Broadway Avenue.

Abigail Lutmer, 24 of Louisville, Kentucky, was cited for driving 10-19 mph over the speed limit at the intersection of U.S. Highway 160 and County Road 112 South.
