Ruth Ann Hall, 80

Posted

Ruth passed into Eternity October 11, 2017. She had battled an extended lung disease but is now at peace in the arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Ruth was born September 8, 1937 to Elma and Ervin Clover in Raymondville Missouri.

She met the love of her life Floyd at a very young age and they were married at the age of 18.  Their marriage was an example to those around them as they worked through the hard times and celebrated the good times.  A week shy of 62 years, Floyd and Ruth were an inspiration to everyone.

Ruth worked at Motorola building components for the Minuteman Missiles.  She was also a Teacher’s Aide and she volunteered at the local hospital in Springfield, MO.  Out of all the jobs that she had, she loved being a hostess at Village Inn in Springfield the most, where she was able to meet new people every day.  She was welcoming and accepting of everyone and it was one of her greatest gifts; Ruth was always kind and generous and was loved by everyone she met.

Some of her fondest memories were rodeoing with her kids and attending 4-H market goat shows with her grandkids.  She loved having her grandkids come visit for the summers while living in Raymondville Mo.  She enjoyed being with her sisters and sister in law and would laugh for hours as they had a wonderful relationship. Her family was everything to her.

She is survived by her husband Floyd, daughter Cheryl Hall of Alamosa, Co. Son Farron (Samantha) Hall of Alamosa, CO and their 2 children Devin and Nicole of Fort Collins, CO.  Daughter Carrie (Randy) Atkinson of Alamosa, CO and their 2 children, Aaron (Katlyn) Atkinson and their 2 children Kristin and Hudson.  Talya (Joe) Sanchez of Denver, CO and their 3 girls Jaydan, Charlee, and Jaxyn.  Brother Bob Clover of Belen, NM and Sister Sharon Crum of Raymondville, MO.

Preceding her in death is both her parents, Sister’s Clara Belle Clover, Doris Smith, Brother in law Bob Crum, and Sister in law Marlene Clover, Nieces Pamela Argetsinger, Carolyn Qwinn, and Nephew Dale Clover.

Please join us for a celebration of life memorial service at Living Water Bible Fellowship Church 2910 Clark Street at 1:00 pm Saturday the 21st of October.
