CENTER—Ronald J. Pearce 81, of Center passed away peacefully at home on Dec. 21, 2017.
He was born Nov. 11, 1936 in Council Bluffs in Pottawattamie County, Iowa to Dale Pearce and Orpha Rose Albright. He enjoyed being outdoors and gambling. Going out to farms and guessing the weight and the numbers of groups of cattle.
He enjoyed his daily routine of going to Gunbarrel Station to meet up with friends and drink
coffee.
Ronald is survived by his son, Ron Pearce, of Center; daughter Beverly (Mark) Boies of Marriottsville, MD., brothers Richard (Carolyn) Pearce of Moses Lake, Wash.; Russ Pearce of Arizona, N.M.; Robert Pearce of Crawford, Colo.; sister Susan Ayer Rozman (Ed) of Crawford/Grand Junction, Colo.
He is preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Bub Ayer and one sister, MaryAnn
Minerich and family dog, Stubby.
A cowboy style graveside service will take place on Friday, Dec. 29 at 10 a.m. at Hillside
Cemetery in Saguache.
