  • Morgan Osborne, 20 of Naperville, Illinois, was summoned for underage consumption and disorderly conduct at the intersection of Brown Avenue and Clark Street.
  • Ricardo Santiago-Preciado, 18, Rocky Ford, was summoned for underage consumption and disorderly conduct at the intersection of Brown Avenue and Clark Street.
