October 15

  • Abraham Martinez, 19, Alamosa, was cited for displaying expired number plates and driving 10-19 mph over the speed limit at the 1100 block of Main Street.
  • Phillip Olivas, 44, Pueblo, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of First Street and State Avenue.
  • Roberto Silva, 61, Pueblo, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Clark Street and Craft Drive.

October 14

  • Nicole Archuleta, 29, Alamosa, was summoned for theft between $50 and $299 at 131 Market Street.
  • Ricky Deluna, 41, Alamosa, was summoned for theft between $50 and $299 at 131 Market Street.
  • Earl Tsosie, 55, Alamosa, was cited for walking on the road under the influence at the 800 block of San Juan Avenue.
  • Isaac Lopez, 52, Alamosa, was cited for walking on the road under the influence at the 800 block of San Juan Avenue.
  • Richard Damewood, 21, Alamosa, was summoned for driving 10-19 mph over the speed limit, driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or more at the 100 block of State Avenue.
  • Tammy Ballard, 47, Alamosa, was summoned for driving with expired tags, driving without a valid license and driving without insurance at the 1100 block of Main Street.
  • Ronald Martinez, 28, Denver, was cited for driving 10-19 mph over the speed limit at the 1300 block of Main Street.
  • Mark Sikelianos, 53 of Tijeras, New Mexico, was cited for driving 10-19 mph over the speed limit at the intersection of Sixth Street and Ross Avenue.
  • Jeannie Suhr, 58, Blanca, was cited for driving 10-19 mph over the speed limit at the 1000 block of Main Street.
  • Robert Bishop, 61 of Deland, Florida, was cited for driving the wrong way at the 900 block of Sixth Street.

October 13

  • Robbie Martinez, 38, Durango, was cited for possessing and distributing a schedule I controlled substance, possessing and distributing a schedule II controlled substance, possessing a weapon by a previous offender, possessing drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer and having fictitious plates at 1301 Main Street. There was 14.14 grams of meth recovered from Martinez.
  • Thomas Ambler, 52, Alamosa, was cited for failing to drive in a single lane, driving without a license and driving under the influence for the fourth or subsequent time at the 600 block of State Avenue.
  • Erick Brolin, 36, Fort Garland, was summoned for driving without insurance and driving with a denied license at the intersection of Ross Avenue and Main Street.
  • Kenneth Burris, 57, Alamosa, was summoned for criminal mischief at 2265 Lava Lane.
  • Carlotta Martinez, 87, Alamosa, was cited for failing to yield at the intersection of First Street and State Avenue.
  • Vjulio Madrid, 26, San Luis, was cited for making an unsafe U-turn at the intersection of Ross Avenue and Main Street.
  • Roseann Ortiz, 37, Alamosa, was cited for driving 20-39 mph over the speed limit in a school zone at the 1700 block of West 10th
  • Jessica Richardson, 39, Alamosa, was cited for turning right from the wrong position at the intersection of Ross Avenue and Sixth Street.

  • Jessica Martinez, 21, Monte Vista, was cited for first-degree possession of contraband and possessing a controlled substance at 2017 Lava Lane.
  • Joleen Castleberry, 34, Mosca, was cited for first-degree possession of contraband and possessing a controlled substance at 2017 Lava Lane.
  • Timothy Luke Alfonso Lopez, 30, Alamosa, was cited for possessing a schedule II controlled substance.
  • Garylee Mattox, 42, Alamosa, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign and driving without a seatbelt at the 1100 block of Eighth Street.
