January 14

  • April Devilbiss, 44, Alamosa, was summoned for theft between $50 and $299 at 3333 Clark Street.

January 13

  • Shelby Brady, 27, Monte Vista, was summoned for theft under $50 at 3333 Clark Street.
  • Earl Tsosie, 55, Alamosa, was cited for having an open container of alcohol at 2000 First Street.
  • Efrain Perez Martinez, 31, Center, was cited for failing to present proof of insurance and changing lanes unsafely at 100 Craft Drive.
