  • Scott Swanson, 29, Alamosa, was summoned for third-degree assault at 2017 Lava Lane.
  • Kappel Tashina, 25, Saguache, was summoned for theft between $50 and $299 at 3333 Clark Street.
  • Joseph Sandoval, 27, Alamosa, was summoned for theft between $50 and $299 at 720 Del Sol Drive.
  • Joshua Smith, 23, Westminster, was summoned for theft between $50 and $299 and resisting an officer at 3333 Clark Street.
