Bradlee Lloyd, 41, Del Norte, was summoned for driving with a restrained license at the intersection of Main Street and Cochetopa Avenue.
Greg Martinez, 37, Antonito, was summoned for theft under $50 at 3333 Clark Street.
Tyler Ortega, 18, Alamosa, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Main Street and Edison Avenue.
