Adult softball deadline approaching

The Alamosa Parks and Recreation District’s deadline for last chance in registering for adult softball in on Sunday.

There is a $25 additional fee added to the regular team fee.

To register or for questions, go to the district’s web site at www.alamosarec.com or drop by the recreation center at 2222 Old Sanford Road.

Youth baseball/softball open through May 20

The deadline to register for youth baseball or softball in on May 20. To register go to the web site at www.alamosarec.com or drop by the rec center at 2222 Old Sanford Road.

Volunteer coaches are also needed. If interested, contact recreation supervisor Don Mendoza at dmendoza@ci.alamosa.co.us.

All volunteer coaches must attend the coaches meeting on May 22 at the rec center.
