I don't want to live in a country that hates its people so profoundly that techno-carpetbaggers rob the poor and drench the wealthy!

Our country has never been a white universe. The best of our 50 states is multi-cultures from Indigenous tribes and immigrant populations. We have long been a voice for the world about democracy, diversity, and dreams. Even Elvis Presley operated in that realm. Recent movies, especially Elvis, highlighted his beginnings in speakeasies, local bars, and church choirs, not in the KKK or the imaginary whites-only island.

Considering the implications of Project 2025, an initiative spearheaded by the Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank that has sparked controversy due to its potential impact on social welfare, and the 'Big Beautiful Bill' that just inched by in the House, do you really want to live in a country without that compassion that Elvis shared, that Springsteen sings, or Beyonce dances about?

Tennessee Ernie Ford in 1956 sang 16 Tons: "Some people say a man is made out of mud/ A poor man's made out of muscle and blood/ Muscle and blood and skin and bones/A mind that's weak and a back that's strong / You load sixteen tons, what do you get? / Another day older and deeper in debt/ Saint Peter, don't you call me, 'cause I can't go/ I owe my soul to the company store."

This Project 2025 and sadistic bill slash and burn help those less fortunate, take away their healthcare and hurt more GOP supporters than expected. It has everything "including the kitchen sink," Heather Cox Richardson said as she introduced her chat on Thursday afternoon. It's designed to cover all the battles that the Apprentice Liar in Chief wants as the Dictator across these states. It subjugates the lawmakers and Supreme Court to the Dictator's branch which consequently destroys our government and throws us back to the feudal times of the first 1000 years. Like the words from the song above, this deranged Dictator thinks people are feeble-minded, and he hates them.

It is important not to succumb to authoritarian dictatorship and its requiring bribes of Qatari planes, and thus turn away from our many ethnic backgrounds. Call and write your senators today. Fight by non-violence and loud protests, as is our constitutional right. Voice your ideas that we must care for others, listen to our many creative souls, and move forward with our full scale of scientific studies, healthcare inclusion, and celebrating contributions to knowledge and inventions by immigrants to our lands. We must not have a president owned by foreign governments or techno-carpetbaggers.
