MANASSA — Joshua Martinez, 25, of Manassa was arrested Friday, November 17, on a burglary arrest warrant(s) and he is currently being held at the Conejos County Sheriff’s Office.
Martinez is charged with burglary 2-of dwelling F3 (Class 3 felony), theft-$300-$750 M2 (Class 2 misdemeanor) stemming from a burglary incident that occurred around Thursday, June 15, in the area of the 21,000 block of County Road 28, Sanford.
Martinez is also charged with a second burglary 2-of dwelling F3 (Class 3 felony), theft-$2,000-$5,000 F6 (Class 6 felony) from an incident that occurred around the area of the 9,000 block of County Road 17, Antonito, on Tuesday, July 18.
Martinez is also charged with a third burglary 2-of dwelling F3 (Class 3 felony), theft-$2,000-$5,000 F6 (Class 6 felony), criminal mischief-$750-$1000 M1 (Class 1 misdemeanor) from an incident that occurred around the area of the 10,000 block of County Road 13 Antonito, on Thursday, November 9.
Martinez’s bond is currently set at $130,000 for all three pending cases.
