Kristine Ann Koschke

Posted

South Fork resident, Kristine Ann Koschke, 65, passed away peacefully in her home on May 28, 2025. She was born on July 27, 1959, in Denver, Colo., to Max Math and Edith Hahn Math.

She married the love of her life, Rick Koschke, on Feb. 14, 1995. She was stepmother to Josh Koschke (Christie) and grandchildren Nolan and Palmer, and stepmother to Jeremy Koschke (Julia) and grandchildren, Ella and Alorah. She loved her boys and her daughter-in-laws very much. Her beloved siblings were Wolfgang and Max Math (Christie) and sister Heidi Dawson (Mike), along with multiple nieces and nephews. But most of all she deeply loved her niece, Katie Math Guillory (Troy)and great niece Ryleigh.

Throughout Kristine's life, her mission was to make the world a better place. She always believed that she had to be caregiver to all. Ultimately, her passion was charities and giving anyway she could.

Kristine was a loving wife, stepmother, sister, aunt, and a faithful friend. She was an old soul at heart. She was loving, caring and would do anything for the ones she loved. She was passionate about crafting and trinkets. Kristine loved any kind of adventure and collecting heart-shaped rocks anywhere she went.

She enjoyed Saturdays and Sundays in the game room watching sports with her Honey. Driving into the woods in her side by side, so she could enjoy her archery, were among her favorite things to do.

You would hear Kristine referred to as Oma/Qmi from her beloved grandchildren, whom she loved fiercely. Some Elvis Presley and her favorite bourbon, Early Times, were always top choices for her.

Kristine will be missed dearly by her family and loved ones. Until we meet again, "Wherever life plants you, bloom with Grace!"

A celebration of life will be announced at another date.

Rogers Family Mortuary of Monte Vista is in care of the arrangements.  To leave online remembrances, condolences, or words of comfort for Kristine’s family, please visit www.RogersFunerals.com.
