Monte Vista resident Howard Victor White, 56, passed away June 20, 2017. Howard was born on March 18, 1961 in Del Norte, the son of Robert Gaspar White and Carolyn Garcia White. Howard was a loving son, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend who enjoyed going hunting, fishing and being in the mountains, he liked working on cars and spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include his mother Carolyn White of Pueblo, CO; sons David (Kelsey) White, Jacob White both of Monte Vista, CO; grandchildren Christopher White and Victoria White, sisters Nadine (Dennis) Garcia of Albuquerque, NM; Vita Mae White of Denver, CO; Linda White of Monte Vista, CO; Victoria White of Pueblo, CO; brother Vincent White of Monte Vista, CO. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Howard was preceded in death by his father Robert Gaspar White.
Cremation was chosen and services will be held at a later date. The care of arrangements have been trusted to Romero Funeral Home of Monte Vista.
