Colorado Potato Administrative Committee (CPAC) presented a donation for $4,500 to the Monte Vista Emergency Food Bank on Friday, Dec. 15. The donation was a result of a challenge presented by CPAC to leaders within the potato industry to donate to the food bank and CPAC would match donations up to $500.
