SAN LUIS — The Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) notified Costilla County on August 4 that its request for a supplemental award of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds in the amount of $75,152 for the Sangre de Cristo Heritage Center Community Kitchen has been approved.
With these additional funds, the total amount of the county’s CDBG grant is increased to $380,119.
Currently DOLA has not received its 2017 CDBG grant award from HUD but stated it would be in contact once the grant award has been received.
