SAGUACHE COUNTY— Saguache County Commissioner — District 1 Commissioner Tom McCracken was re-elected to office by voters. 

In a statement to the Valley Courier McCracken said, “I am honored by the faith and trust placed in me in my re-election. I will work hard to represent the best interests of all residents of Saguache County and the Valley as a whole.” 

McCracken garnered 53.13% of votes and challenger Marcus Weir garnered 46.87% 

District 2 Commissioner Lynn Thompson was also re-elected with 52.51% of votes and challenger Jason Ensz received 47.49%. Thompson did not respond to requests for a statement before press time.
