The Kroger Foundation gifted $1,000 to the Food Bank Network of the San Luis Valley, which was made possible through the Foundation’s “Zero Hunger, Zero Waste” social impact plan.

Alamosa City Market Manager, Steve Valdez, and City Market employees present the check to Food Bank Network staff and AmeriCorps member. This gift will help ensure that community members facing the realities of hunger have access to nutritious food.
