ALAMOSA– Justin Claude Trujillo, 28, Monte Vista faces multiple felony charges after firing at least one shot at Alamosa County Sheriff's deputies early Wednesday morning after he eluded arrest, according to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation that was called in to investigate the incident.
According to CBI, Trujillo will face the following charges: criminal attempt, murder in the first degree of a peace officer (Felony 2), assault in the first degree (F3), vehicular eluding (F5), menacing (F5), and possession of a weapon by a previous offender (F5).
