Amber David, 31, of Alamosa was cited for driving under restraint, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, uninsured vehicle, drivers vision obstructed. 

James Jones, 21, of Alamosa was cited for disorderly conduct. 

Solomon Ruybal 76, of Alamosa was cited for dogs at large, vaccinations required, license required. 

Amber Santos, 39, of Alamosa was cited for DUI drugs. 

William Montgomery, 39, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol by minor, underage consumption of tobacco by minor. 

Jason Couse, 49, of Alamosa was cited for disorderly conduct. 

Esteban Patricino, 26, of Alamosa was cited for driving under restraint. 

Brittany Sanchez, 35, of Blanca was cited for driving under restraint, uninsured vehicle, unlawful possession of controlled substance, drivers vision obstructed.
