Below, Alamosa Assistant Fire Chief Tony Bobicki, left, and firefighter Tyler Cerny, right, determine their next move at the scene of a brush fire on Harmony Lane east of Alamosa about 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 27. The fire was a controlled burn that got out of control, but no structures were threatened, and the firefighters were able to get it back under control.
