Alamosa County Sheriff’s Office report Oct. 25, 2024 

Peter Touzjian, 59, of Fort Collins was cited for speeding 20-39 mph over the limit in the 4000 block of Highway 17N. 

Nathan Vigil of Alamosa was cited for introduction of contraband in the 2nd degree, possession of contraband in the second degree and unlawful possession of a controlled substance at 1315 17th Street. 

Drew Marquez, 32, of La Jara was issued summons for vehicle having only one number plate attached, displaying a fictitious plate, operating an unregistered vehicle, theft of a license plate, operating a vehicle without insurance and driving while license is under restraint – suspended. 

Janessa Martinez, 21, of Capulin was cited for unlawful possession of a controlled substance at CR 8S and 106S.
