Alamosa County Sheriff’s Office report Nov. 15, 2024

Pascual Francisco Pascual, 19, was cited for illegal consumption of ethyl alcohol by an underage person and open container alcoholic beverage at 151 Broadway. 

Thomas Melgares was cited for violation of a protection order at 6755 Trinchera Lane. 

Alfredo Hernandez Mendoza, 19, of Center was cited for speeding 20-39 mph over the limit at Highway 112 and CR 105 South. 

Elijah Hernandez, 21, of Hooper was cited for speeding 20-39 mph over the limit 2000 block of Highway 17 South. 

Serok Kim of Colorado Springs was cited for speeding 10-19 mph over the limit at Highway 150 MM 6. 

Victoria Madrill, 68, of Alamosa was cited for theft at CR 6 South and North River Road. 

Matthew Higinbotham, 41, of Alamosa was cited for ownership of dangerous dog, bodily injury at 5990 CR 116 South. 

Suzan Gonzales, 51, of Alamosa was cited for possession of a controlled substance, mirrors defective and compulsory insurance at 4th and State Avenue. 

Matthew Ball of Alamosa was cited for false imprisonment, domestic violence and criminal mischief at 7030 Wild Acres Lane, lot 25. 

Joey Evan Gonzales of Alamosa was cited for contributing to the delinquency of a minor, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, violation of protection order, driving a vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, careless driving at 102 U.S. Highway 160. 

Michael Pribble, 69, of Fort Garland was cited for speeding 20-39 mph over the limit in the 2000 block of Highway 17 South. 

Franklin Rodriguez-Flores of Alamosa was cited for violation of a protection order at walking bridge from Cole Park. 

Marty Moore, 45, of Alamosa was cited for theft less than $50 at 102 Highway 160.
