Jose Escobar-Velazco, 58, of Gypsum, was cited for speeding 20-39 mph over the limit in the 2000 block of Hwy 17 South. 

John Tona, 51, of Alamosa was cited for careless driving and leaving scene without providing information at 7030 Wild Acres Lot 16. 

Melinda Sue Deherrera of Alamosa was cited for introduction of contraband in the first degree and tampering with physical evidence in the Alamosa County Detention Center. 

Colby Dorner of Alamosa was cited for violation of protection order at 5090 Sierra Vista.
