COLORADO SPRINGS – Adams State University women's soccer team was voted 10th in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Preseason Women's Soccer Poll, the conference announced this morning. Adams received a first-place vote, joining Colorado School of Mines and Regis University as the only schools to earn a top-notched vote.
Colorado School of Mines earned 10 first-place votes and 144 total coaches points to walk away with the top-ranking in the Preseason poll. Regis followed with a pair of first-place votes and 122 total points. Colorado Mines' Emily Garnier was named the RMAC Preseason Player of the Year as well as the Defensive Player of the Year. UCCS' Grace Ramsden was named the Preseason Goalkeeper of the Year.
