ANTONITO—District Attorney Crista Newmyer-Olsen of the 12th Judicial District Attorney’s Office released the final finding related to a burglary and shooting occurring in Antonito on September 1.
District Attorney Newmyer-Olsen stated, “No charges will be filed against Felix Gallegos related to the shooting death of Byron Duran. This decision was made following analysis of the case by my office and an independent review.”
