On Monday, September 26th, 2022; in the early morning hours “Jon Jon” took his last breath here on earth. Jon was only 47 years old but the stories and memories that will be shared will last multiple lifetimes. He leaves behind two sons (Nathaniel Garcia and Jonathan Garcia) whom he loved very much.

Alamosa resident Timothy Clark Grant, 63, was called home on October 8, 2022. He passed peacefully in the comfort of his own home with his loving wife by his side.

Manassa resident Andrew Gallegos gained his angel wings on the 13th of October 2022, surrounded by his loving family. Andrew was welcomed into the world on February 17, 1946, to the late Paul E. Gallegos and Nellie L. Marquez Gallegos.

Effie Lenora Fitzhugh, 83, from San Tan Valley, Arizona, joined her eternal companion, Gordon D. Fitzhugh, on October 9, 2022. She was born on January 3, 1939, in Alamosa, Colorado, to Alfred Lorenzo Price and Grace Lenora Rumsey Price. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon D., her son-in-law, Michael S. Wilde, her brothers, Marion (infant) and Raymond V. Price.

Gerald M. Blea of Los Lunas, N.M., passed away on October 4, 2022, in Rio Rancho, N.M., at the age of 61

Nancy Marie Vories of Carbondale passed away on Thursday, September 22, after a difficult battle with leukemia at the age of 63.

Dearly loved Emma Mae Irene Trujillo daughter of Ruby and Andrew Trujillo, city of Monte Vista, was given a chance at life in Aurora, Colo., at Children's Hospital (October 9, 2022).
