Victoria was born April 3, 1946 in the Philippines to Elpidio and Crisanta (Pugosa) Peña.  Victoria was a vibrant woman with a heart that knew no boundaries.  When she had very little to give, she gave generously and without question to those who needed it.  She was tough and encouraged her family members to strive to be their best.

Victoria was an avid gardener, often getting compliments on her yard being the nicest in the neighborhood.  Everything she touched with her green thumb positively blossomed with beauty.  People fondly remember her delicious cooking, especially her Filipino treats.  She was a talented dressmaker and designed lots of beautiful apparel.  Her creativity shined through in all her crocheting and other handicrafts.  Her warmth and humor will be remembered by her family and friends always.  Cremation has taken place under the care of Romero Family Funeral Home in Pueblo.  Details of Rosary and Memorial Services will be announced later.
