ALAMOSA – The Valley Community Chorus will accept applications for the Martha Oliver Award for vocal singing starting November 1.

Two awards will be given to a high school student graduating in spring of 2018 within a district which is considered part of the San Luis Valley, and applications will be available to each school district as well as individuals. Graduating home school students within those districts are eligible as well.

An award of $1000 and an award of $500 will be given.
