UU's talk of why so many religions

ALAMOSA — “Why Do We Have Religion Anyway?” This is the title of the sermon for Sunday’s Unitarian Universalist Fellowship in Alamosa. The vast majority of the world’s seven billion people practice some kind of religion. Nobody really knows how many religions there are on the planet, but whatever the number, there are at least that many theories about why we have religion at all.

The UUs meet at 10:30 a.m. at 330 San Juan Avenue. Enter through the north door of the Presbyterian Church. Call Jan Oen, 719-480-4771.
