ALAMOSA — Celebrate Mother’s Day by starting out with a free breakfast provided by Chef Friend Darr and the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship in Alamosa at 9:30 a.m. at 330 San Juan Avenue, Alamosa. This is a shared breakfast with host congregation, Alamosa Presbyterian Church, 330 San Juan.

Following breakfast, the UU Fellowship meets in the community room at 10:30 a.m.  Our nurturing characteristics will be addressed and honored. Facilitated by wise women, Ari McDavid Barrett and Arvilla Weldon, and elder, Roy Kiefer, rituals of respect will be offered to all feminine spirits. A values-oriented children’s program is led by Brenda Hanna.
