ALAMOSA – Two boxers from the San Luis Valley will be in action in Albuquerque, N.M., on Saturday as they will compete at Code of a Champion 4.

The event is presented by Triple S Boxing and it will take place at FIT NHB, 1010 Candelaria in Albuquerque.

Fighting out of the SLV are Alejandro Heredia and Zachary Zamarripa.

Heredia will be boxing in the lightweight division (132 pounds), and Zamarripa is boxing at the light middleweight division (156 pounds).

Both Heredia and Zamarripa, along with Heredia’s father, Mario, are looking to spread the sport of boxing in the San Luis Valley.
