MONTE VISTA — Tri-County Senior Citizens Center shares the following upcoming and ongoing activities:

Daily Activities

There is pool playing in the multipurpose room starts at 11 a.m.

Weekly Activities

Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays Strong Bones Exercise Class 10-11 a.m.

Tuesdays and Thursdays Fun in the Sun walking group at Chapman Park at 10-11 a.m. — meet us there or catch a ride at 311 Washington St., Monte Vista, or give us a call at 719-852-5778 or stop by the office.

Tuesdays, Wednesdays Penny Bingo starts at 1 p.m.

Mondays starting at 1 p.m. Mexican Train Bingo (Dominos)

Fridays starting at 1 p.m. come join us for a card game of Shanghai

Monthly Activities

Every fourth Friday of the month ceramics class 1-3 p.m.

Every first Wednesday of the month Public Health and Social Services are here at the Senior Center 9 a.m.-12 p.m., 311 Washington St. Monte Vista. If you have any questions please call 719-852-5778 or stop by

October 3 — Flu Shot Clinic 9 a.m.-12 pm.

October 8 — Colorado Legal Services Clinic: This is a free service for all the senior community. Quest Speaker Tamera Sullivan will be talking about and helping you to prepare simple wills, advanced directive wills, and also any Social Security issues you may have. Colorado legal Services will be helping out with drafting documents and there will be notary available for if you are in need of that service as well. Snacks will be provided.
