Tipton congratulates service academy grads

WASHINGTON — Congressman Scott Tipton (R-CO) congratulated U.S. Service Academy graduates from the 3rd Congressional District on Wednesday. Tipton nominated the seven 2017 graduates to the service academies in 2012.

“Each year, I have the honor of nominating high school students to attend our nation’s prestigious service academies, where they will learn to serve as leaders in the U.S. military. Watching these young men and women graduate after years of hard work is a humbling experience, and I join their families and communities in offering my enthusiastic congratulations on this accomplishment,” said Tipton.  “Our Airmen, Marines, Soldiers and Sailors will be led by some of Colorado’s finest, and I wish these graduates the best of luck as they begin their careers as military officers.”
